Cinema is that very escape I never want to come out of. Whether it’s observing a character’s transformative expressions or noticing the impact of light on mood, whether it’s the placement of the camera to make a character appear weak or strong, or the composition of a shot that communicates something to the audience, the language of cinema has captured my mind in a deeply fervent way.
For me, every photograph makes me want to speak to my eyes and evoke a plethora of feelings and curiosities. That is exactly why, when I can, I take my time to fully indulge myself, allowing both my camera and my editing process to embark on a voyage toward a mysterious island of stories.
